Fore Junior Golf Inc., Gamechanger Peformance Coaching, and EleV8 Golf Academy is led by Tim King who has been involved in the golf industry for over 25 years and promoting junior golf for the last 30 where he started by hosting the Shoals Junior Shootout at the Oaks Golf Club in 1993. Tim is the former Men and Women's Head Golf Coach at Martin Methodist College in Pulaski Tennessee and in just 3 seasons created tremendous success and growth of the golf programs recording the highest finish in program history at the Men's Southern States Athletic Conference Championships by finishing Runner Up. Tim was hired July 11, 2022, by Talladega College as the Director of Golf / Head Golf Coach to create and build both Men's and Women's Golf Teams for the college. In the process of strategically creating, within the policies of Talladega College, the Southern States Athletic Conference, and the NAIA and transition into NCAA Division II and the SIAC Conference with a strong focus on the student athlete first while building a competitive and sustainable program that the college, community, and conference will be proud of. He is responsible for all aspects of both programs and hopes to have both programs fully operational by Fall of 2023. Tim incorporated Fore Junior Golf in 1994 in Madison County Alabama and formed the North Alabama Junior Golf Association (NAJGA). The association serviced over 1000 junior golfers over a 14 year period and conducted junior golf tournaments all across North Alabama at some of the finest country clubs in the state. Tim has been a PGA of America Golf Professional since 1999. He holds a Associated Degree in General Education from Northwest Shoals Community College, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Athens State University and an MBA in Sports Management and Leadership from Northcentral University. Tim's other junior golf experience includes the First Tee of Northwest Florida where he served as the Tournament Director for the Greater Pensacola Junior Golf Association and was responsible for overseeing the Bubba Watson Divot Derby and the A.Downing Grey Cup events. In the Summer of 2019 Tim served as a coach at the renowned International Junior Golf Academy in Bluffton South Carolina working with kids from across the United States and Internationally as well as Top 100 Teacher Jonathan Yarwood. Tim is a past recipient of the PGA Dixie Section Junior Golf Leader of the Year Award and Favorite Teaching Professional by the readers of the Tennessee Valley Golf News. Tim and his wife Rachel have 2 boy's, a French Bulldog, and a cat. Tim and Rachel live in Alabama where they are taking GAMECHANGER Performance Coaching to junior golfers all-over the Southeast United States.

Rachel King - Co-Founder

Videography and Junior Client Branding

Rachel is the wife of Director of Golf Tim King and joined GAMECHANGER in May of 2019. She is a creative entrepreneur, and the original founder and part owner and operator of Revelationz Studio of Hair Design for the past 17 years. Rachel will be responsible for all branding and junior academy creative design for GAMECHANGER. Rachel will be taking on the creative role for videography and video development for all GAMECHANGER FAMILY Members. A hair and make-up artist by trade Rachel has always had a creative mind, has worked on several movies, and also collaborated with Music Television (MTV). Rachel's creative mind will be a huge asset to the GAMECHANGER brand.

Bobby Clayton - Co-Founder

Director of Operations and Student-Athlete Mentorship

Bobby became the Director of Operations and Student-Athlete Mentorship in March of 2023, and also became one of our Co-Founders in May. Since his arrival at GAMECHANGER he has already created many impactful relationships that will not only benefit the company, but junior golfers all over the Southeast. Bobby has over 30 years of experience with the United Parcel Service(UPS), and he served our country in the United States Air Force from 1984-1987 where he earned the rank of Sergeant. During his time at UPS the company provided Bobby with the opportunity to meet people in the surrounding community and provide outstanding customer service. One of the key strengths he learned through extensive customer service was, he learned to be an active listener. Bobby took those skills and identified the needs in the communities he served and has been serving them ever since. Bobby also brings a servant-heart and servant leadership to the GAMECHANGER team. He serves on his community service committee as chairman for social action events including Adopt-A-Mile Clean Up, Salvation Army KettleBell Campaign, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk, and the Out of the Darkness Walk with the Central Alabama Division of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Bobby is also an entrepreneur. He owns and operates Janitorial Services and Tailored Consulting out of his hometown Chelsea Alabama. His charitable vision showcases his servant-heart and his servant leadership ability. In the West African country of Ghana, he took it upon himself to find a way to provide these communities with a sustainable drinking water source. Working with the501c3 organization of Omega Charities, “The Lifting as We Climb Foundation'', and Water Charity, he began a campaign to raise funds through charitable donations to provide a community with a borehole that will provide clean drinking water for 10 years. “His experience, servant-heart, people skills, and his leadership ability make him the perfect person to lead our daily operations and serve as the lead of our new Junior Academy and High School Golf Team Development Consulting groups.” “He will also serve as our Director of Student-Athlete Mentorship, Said Tim King-PGA, GAMECHANGER’s Director of Golf and Player Development. “We will begin the process of consulting on and managing a project for investors to renovate a 9-hole course and build a junior golf academy in the city of Talladega Alabama. We will also begin consulting with high schools about proper development for their teams and create detailed plans for success”, “Bobby is the perfect fit to help us continue to grow GAMECHANGER and help us better serve junior golfers all over the Southeast, I couldn’t think of anyone else I would want mentoring our student-athletes” said King.

Coach Derrick Gargis

Associate Director of Player Development

Coach Derrick Gargis joined Motiv8 as a partner in August of 2019 and will serve as Director of Player Development as well as take on the role of a Recruiting Consultant. Derrick son Sam is a MotiV8 FAMILY Member and plays golf at North Georgia. After his experience using MotiV8 in Sam's recruitment, Coach Gargis wanted to be a part of our core business. MotiV8 founder Tim King explained, "What a great fit for us. Coach Gargis experience in high school golf speaks for itself. I am excited about growing the business with him. I have known him and his family since we were kids and it just made sense for the business." Derrick is a 5 Time State High School Championship Coach, a 2 Time AHSAA State Coach of the Year, and was selected as the 2016-17 National Federation of High Schools Southeastern U.S. Coach of The Year. Derrick is married, has 1 son and lives in his hometown of Muscle Shoals Alabama.
